Eligibility and merit criteria
To apply for BS Nursing at Fazaia College of Nursing you need:
- Matric with any group, or O Level as per HEC policy.
- FSc Pre-Medical with at least 50% marks, with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as compulsory subjects. A Level or a recognised foreign qualification is also accepted.
- An IBCC equivalence certificate before admission if your qualification is foreign.
- Age between 18 and 35 years.

Entry test pattern
The entry test has 100 multiple-choice questions to be solved in 120 minutes. It follows the FSc syllabus: 60% from Biology, Physics and Chemistry, 20% reasoning and aptitude, 10% English and 10% general mathematics. ProPakistani reports the computer-based test for 21 or 22 November 2026. Confirm the final date and centre on the official portal.

- Open the FCNA online admission portal and register a new account.
- Fill in the online application form with your academic and personal details. Keep your academic certificates, your CNIC or B-Form and your father’s CNIC ready.
- Print the fee challan generated after you submit the form.
- Pay the admission charges at any branch of Bank AlHabib.
- Read the test instructions on the college website and prepare for the entry test.
Fee structure
The college publishes the full BS Nursing fee table on its admissions page. For the 2026 intake the first semester total is Rs257,160, which includes a one-time Rs20,000 admission fee, Rs201,960 tuition and a refundable Rs10,000 security deposit. The college has also announced an official medical checkup fee of Rs10,000 in the annual fee structure from the 2027 session.
