Both positions follow the same basic rules:
- Open to Pakistani nationals with a local or foreign bachelor’s or master’s degree of at least 16 years of education.
- The degree must be from a reputable institution recognised by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
- You need a CGPA of at least 3.0.
- You must have graduated in 2025-26. Candidates with or without work experience after their degree can apply.
- Maximum age is 28 years on the date of the advertisement.

- Open the Management Trainee Programme advertisement and the online application link given there.
- Fill in your personal, academic and contact details carefully.
- Check that you meet the degree, CGPA, graduation year and age conditions before you submit.
- Submit the form before the end of 13 October 2026. PMDC says incomplete and late applications will not be considered.
Selection process
Shortlisted candidates will be called for a written test and an interview. The final merit is worked out as follows:
- Academic marks: 30%
- Written test: 40%
- Interview: 30%
PMDC will not pay any travel allowance (TA/DA) for the interview.

What you should know before applying
This is a training engagement, not a permanent job. Trainees are hired on a one-year contract, and PMDC has made it clear it has no obligation to offer regular employment once the training ends. Still, the stipend is good for a fresh graduate, and the programme gives work experience at a state-owned company in Islamabad.
