Eligibility for each post
Director posts
All four Director posts need 16 years of education from an HEC-recognised university and 10 years of relevant experience after that degree, of which 3 years must be at a senior level. MPhil or PhD holders in the relevant subjects get preference.
- HR and Admin: Business Administration, HRM, Public Administration, Social Sciences, Arts and Humanities or a related field.
- Partnership and Collaboration: Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Academics and Research: Education Planning, Research, Curriculum Development, Management Sciences, Social Sciences or a related field.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: Statistics, Economics, Public or Business Administration, Data Sciences, MIS, Mathematics or a related field.
Chief Audit Officer
ACCA, ICMA or CA, or 16 years of education in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or an equivalent field. You need at least 5 years of experience after qualifying, mainly in internal audit, risk management, compliance, internal controls or financial procedures.
Assistant Director (Training and OAT)
16 years of education in Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in organising training, keeping training records or preparing training material. Experience with government bodies, NGOs or donor organisations and knowledge of the education sector is preferred.

Selection process and important dates
Only shortlisted candidates who meet the criteria will be called for a written test and/or interview. No TA/DA is paid for the test or interview. The last date to apply is 26 October 2026. Test and interview dates have not been announced yet.
