The Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) will hold the screening test for the Combined Competitive Examination 2026 (CCE-2026) on Saturday, 24 October 2026. The test is the first stage of the CCE, the exam for provincial management and other Sindh government posts. Candidates who applied by the 23 September deadline should now watch for their admission letters.

Screening test date and what comes next
SPSC has announced on its website that the CCE-2026 screening test will be held on Saturday, 24 October 2026. According to news reports, the commission says the arrangements for the test are complete.
SPSC has not yet announced the test time or the centre-wise list of candidates. For earlier CCE exams, it published a time table and a centre-wise detail on its website before the test, so check the Written Test Schedules section of spsc.gov.pk regularly.
The screening test only decides who moves on. Candidates who pass it can sit the written part of CCE-2026. SPSC has not announced the written exam dates yet.
Passing marks
Under Advertisement 04/2026, you need at least 40% in the screening test, which is 80 marks. This is higher than the 33% (66 marks) required before, so prepare with the new target in mind.
Who applied (eligibility)
- Age: 21 to 30 years on 1 September 2026. Federal or Sindh government employees with at least four years of continuous regular service can be up to 35.
- Qualification: a bachelor’s degree in at least second division. Foreign degrees needed HEC equivalence before the closing date.
- Domicile: Sindh domicile.
- Fee: Rs 1,000, paid online through PSID (1Bill).
Applications opened on 19 August and closed on 23 September 2026. If you did not apply, you cannot sit this test.
How to download your admission letter
SPSC has not issued the CCE-2026 admission letters yet. For its other tests, the commission puts admission letters in each candidate’s online account. When they are released:
- Go to the SPSC candidate portal.
- Log in with the account you used to apply.
- Download and print your admission letter for the CCE-2026 screening test.
- Check your name, roll number, test centre and time. Contact SPSC at once if anything is wrong.
