The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore will hold the UHS UGAT 2026 Phase II test on Sunday, 18 October 2026 at 10:00 am. The test is for admission to 18 four-year BS allied health programmes at the Jinnah Campus in Kala Shah Kaku. Online applications closed on 14 October at 5:00 pm, and admit cards are available from 15 October.

UHS UGAT 2026 admit card
If you applied before the deadline, log in to your account on the UHS admissions portal and download your admit card (roll number slip) from 15 October. Print it and check the details on it carefully. The helpline listed in the advertisement is 042-99231305-09.
UGAT test pattern
The UHS Undergraduate Admission Test (UGAT) has 100 multiple choice questions to be solved in two hours. There are 25 questions each from English, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
Programmes offered
Phase II covers 18 programmes, including BS Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology, Operation Theater Technology, Anesthesia Technology, Cardiac Perfusion Technology, Respiratory Therapy, Audiology, Occupational Therapy, Public Health, Human Nutrition and Dietetics, Optometry and Orthoptics, Dental Technology and Orthotic and Prosthetics. Each programme needed its own application.
Eligibility and merit criteria
- HSSC Pre-Medical or equivalent with at least 60% marks.
- At least 50% in UHS-UGAT 2026, or at least 50% in MDCAT 2026 instead of UGAT.
- Merit is calculated out of 100: SSC 10%, HSSC Part-I 40%, and UGAT or MDCAT score 50%.
Fee
The application fee was Rs1,000 per programme. The UGAT fee was Rs3,000, which candidates applying with a qualifying MDCAT 2026 score did not pay. Fees are non-refundable.
