ICMA admission 2026 is open for students who want to become Chartered Management Accountants (CMA). ICMA International (Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Pakistan) offers merit scholarships of up to 100% of the tuition fee for position holders and students with 75% or more marks. The institute says admissions are open throughout the year, and no fixed last date has been announced for this intake.

ICMA scholarship 2026: who gets a fee waiver
All ICMA scholarships and discounts apply to the tuition fee only, not to registration or exam fees. Fresh students can get a merit scholarship based on their last degree.

You keep the waiver from Operational to Strategic level only if you study regularly with no break between levels and pass every subject in the first attempt.
Other discounts
- Hafiz-e-Quran and persons with disabilities: 25% off coaching or distance learning fees.
- Brothers and sisters: if two or more real siblings join in the same session, each gets 25% off the tuition fee.
- Need-cum-merit: up to 100% tuition fee waiver for students who need financial help and also have good results.
- Existing students: a Special Certificate of Merit, or a Certificate of Merit in more than one course, gives a 100% waiver for the next level. One Certificate of Merit gives 75%.
ICMA eligibility and entry routes
The length of the CMA programme depends on the education you join with:
- Intermediate or A-Level (12 years): you start at Operational Level.
- Bachelors (14 years): you can register at Managerial Level-1.
- Masters (16 years): you can register at Managerial Level-2.
Students waiting for their Intermediate Part-II or A-Level result can take provisional admission at Operational Level. Registration is confirmed only after you submit the final pass mark sheet, and provisional students cannot sit the exams of that level.
Students with 14 or 16 years of education can pay the registration fee in two equal instalments, but the total fee is then 10% higher (Rs56,000 for 14 years and Rs73,000 for 16 years).

How to apply for ICMA admission 2026
- Open the ICMA admission portal at admission.icmainternational.com and tap Sign Up.
- Create your account and fill in the admission form. Choose coaching classes (morning or evening) or the Distance Learning Programme (DLP).
- If you want a scholarship or subject waiver, fill in the waiver form as well.
- Pay the registration fee, annual subscription and course fee.
- Take your original documents to the nearest ICMA campus so copies can be attested.
Forms are also available at all ICMA campuses if you prefer to apply in person.
