Great Pak Times is an independent Pakistani website that helps students, job seekers and their families keep up with the announcements that matter to them: government jobs, board and university results, admissions, entry tests, scholarships and today’s gold rate.
These announcements are spread across dozens of commission, board and university websites, many of which are slow, hard to use on a phone, or publish notices only as scanned PDFs. We read the official notice and turn it into a clear, mobile-friendly summary, so you can see in a minute whether something applies to you and what to do next.
What we cover
- Government jobs: FPSC, PPSC, SPSC, KPPSC, BPSC, NTS, the armed forces and federal and provincial departments, with eligibility, last dates and how to apply.
- Results: Matric, Intermediate and university results from BISE boards and universities across Pakistan, with steps to check them online.
- Admissions: universities, colleges, medical and engineering entry tests, and merit lists.
- Scholarships: HEC, government and international scholarships open to Pakistani students.
- Gold rate today: daily 24K and 22K gold and silver rates in Pakistan.
How we work
- Official sources first. Every post is based on the official advertisement, notification or announcement, and links to it so you can check it yourself.
- Key details upfront. Last dates, eligibility, fees and application steps are summarised in a table at the top of each post.
- Updated when things change. If a deadline is extended or a result date moves, we update the existing post instead of leaving old information online.
- Corrections. If you spot a mistake, tell us through our contact page and we will check and fix it.
Independent and unofficial
